POSITION SUMMARY
Working with the Director of Discipleship and Church Innovation, the Associate Director of Discipleship and Church Innovation, and other GSC staff members, the Worship Matters Program Manager supports the ministry of Worship Matters by ensuring the program is effectively equipping congregations to be intergenerational worshipping communities. This role focuses specifically on the training products of Worship Matters, ensuring quality programming and support for congregations as they contextualize the material. This role also works closely with outside partners to identify and centralize relevant content creators to offer ongoing support for congregations, creating meaningful learning opportunities for congregations to learn from each other, and offer intentional grant opportunities from congregations to innovate around intergenerational worship experiences.
