About Us

Readington Reformed Church (RRC) is a historic, close‑knit congregation within the Reformed Church in America. Our traditional worship takes place in an 1864 sanctuary surrounded by peaceful farmland. We are a welcoming community of about 35 active members, committed to growing in faith, engaging families, and serving our neighbors.

Position Summary

We are seeking a part‑time pastor to lead worship, provide pastoral care, nurture spiritual growth, and support outreach and cooperative ministry with neighboring churches. The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, compassion, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sunday worship and occasional special services
Provide pastoral care, visitation, and counseling
Oversee Bible studies, discussion groups, and ministry events
Collaborate with lay leaders, Consistory, and committees
Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications

Ordained or eligible for ordination in the Reformed Church in America (RCA)
Experience in worship leadership, teaching, and pastoral care
Strong spiritual presence and collaborative leadership style
Hours & Compensation

Part‑time (hours negotiable)
Compensation commensurate with experience
