NBTS New Logo

Even as New Brunswick Theological Seminary celebrates its 230th year, it is constantly adapting to address the needs and opportunities of a vibrant and ever-changing world. In this spirit, the Seminary has unveiled a brand-new logo to accentuate this milestone in its long and rich history. Designed by Maryland-based Systems Alliance, Inc., the new NBTS logo is an abstract representation of the striking commissioned water feature, Flames and Water, that greets all who enter the new campus building. The shades of sky blue represent heaven, water and truth; the doorway welcomes participation and inspires inclusion; and the overlapping shapes are transparent to represent thoughtful introspection. Finally, it is meant to be modern to attract fresh new audiences, but at the same time stately and rooted in the tradition of the Seminarys sacred mission.
