The Dynamics of Church/Organizational Culture and Change – Leadership Workshop

This workshop examines how the dynamics and impact of Culture is the most powerful factor in any organization or church. The importance of assessing and defining culture is explored and how relationships drive & sustain vitality and overall health of a church or organization. An in depth look at how these factors affect change and growth that will determine if your organization has a Inspiring-Motivating Culture, or a Stagnant-Discouraging Culture, or even a Toxic-Unhealthy Culture, that either enables or derails vision; nurtures or stunts growth.

Assessment tools are shared as well as methods to produce a transformational environment that encourages people and organizations to grow and reach for their greatest potential.
