Sage Library Card Application Form

The Gardner A. Sage Library serves New Brunswick Theological Seminary’s students, faculty, staff, alumni, Board of Trustees, area clergy, and affiliates/researchers of the Reformed Church in America whose archives are located on site. Note for NBTS Students: NBTS Students must use their internal NBTS email addresses on this application form.   

Rutgers full-time faculty and graduate students may apply for a library card below. Rutgers University affiliates must use their Rutgers (scarletmail.rutgers.edu) addresses on this application form.

Note for Rutgers undergraduates: Sage Library’s circulating collections are generally available to Rutgers undergraduates through inter-library loan only. Please Contact Sage.Library@nbts.edu for more information. Rutgers University affiliates mustuse their Rutgers (scarletmail.rutgers.edu) addresses for all communications related to Sage Library access.
