A Pop-Up Opportunity to Learn About Costa Rican Missions
Have you ever visited Costa Rica or hope to do so? Do you care about migrants and refugees, the environment and/or vulnerable children? Reformed Church in America (RCA) missionary, James Padilla DeBorst, heads up A Rocha Costa Rica, a ministry engaged in all those fronts. His wife Ruth Padilla DeBorst is Professor of World Christianity with Western Theological Seminary. Together, they live in Casa Adobe, an intentional Christian community with deep concern for right living in relation to the whole of creation.
You can join them to discover opportunities to visit, volunteer, and support this valuable work on Tuesday, November 25, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm EST with an RCA Costa Rican Mission Visit at NBTS, sponsored by RCA Global Missions and hosted by the Reformed Church Center. This will be a hybrid gathering; you may join us in-person in New Brunswick (where light refreshments will be served) or online via Zoom. Registration for either is free, but all participants need to register!
To join in-person at NBTS, email James Brumm.
